Apple Cider Bundt Cake🍎
This Apple Cider Bundt Cake is packed with warm fall spices and sweet apple cider flavor. It’s soft, tender, and finished with a simple glaze for the perfect autumn dessert.

Ingredients:
(For the cake)
1 cup Melted Butter
1 3/4 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Apple Cider (Not vinegar)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
(For the glaze)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2-3 tablespoons Apple Cider
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan well.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and mix well. Stir in the vanilla, apple cider, and sour cream.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mix until everything is combined.
Pour the batter into your greased pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
Let the cake sit in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully turn it out onto a plate.
While the cake is still warm, whisk together the glaze and drizzle it all over the top. Slice and serve warm!Enjoy! 🫶🏽
