Protein Packed Chocolate Ice Cream

Creamy, rich, and full of chocolatey flavor—this healthy ice cream delivers 8 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups Cashews

  • 1 can Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips


Directions:

  1. Add all of your ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour this mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to machine directions.

  3. Add chocolate chips if using.

  4. Serve right away as a soft serve or place it into the freezer for 1-2 hours.

  5. Enjoy!🫶🏽
