Protein Packed Chocolate Ice Cream

Creamy, rich, and full of chocolatey flavor—this healthy ice cream delivers 8 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients:
2 cups Cashews
1 can Coconut Milk
1 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 cups Milk
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Add all of your ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour this mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to machine directions.
Add chocolate chips if using.
Serve right away as a soft serve or place it into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
