Vegan No-Bake Granola Bars

These no-bake granola bars are so good and super simple to make:)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter

  • 2/3 cup Honey

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2.5 cups GF Rolled Oats

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 3 tbsp Flax Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips


Directions:


  1. In a large mixing bowl add your peanut butter, honey, salt, and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

  2. Next add in your oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and stir until well incorporated.

  3. Scoop your mixture into a 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and place a piece of parchment paper on top.

  4. Using a glass or bottle roll the mixture until flat and then remove the top piece of parchment paper.

  5. Sprinkle on your chocolate chips and press them down.

  6. Place in the freezer for 45-60 minutes.

  7. Using the bottom parchment paper lift out your mixture and cut into bars.

  8. Enjoy!
