Beef Stew

This beef stew is rich, hearty, and full of tender beef and vegetables simmered in a savory broth. It’s the perfect cozy meal for chilly days.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1 pound Stewing Beef
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1/8 cup Tomato Paste
3 cups Potato chunks
1 cup Carrot chunks
2 cups Beef Broth mixed with 2 tbsp A.P Flour
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
In a pot heat your oil and fry your onions and garlic until soft.
Add in the tomato paste and stir well.
Next add in your beef chunks and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Add your thyme and salt as well as your broth and flour mixture and mix together.
Simmer on medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are fork tender.
