Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Pancakes

These gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes are the perfect blend of warm, golden edges and rich, melty chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoon maple sugar or normal sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Butter or oil for cooking


Directions:


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Next add the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

  3. Stir until a smooth batter forms, making sure everything is well combined.

  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.

  5. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.

  6. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
