These baked apples are filled with a buttery, cinnamon-oat topping, creating a sweet and cozy fall treat that's easy to make and full of flavor!

Ingredients:
4 apples (halved)
2 cups quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the apples in half and scoop out the center to create a hollow space. Place the apple halves in a greased baking dish.
Lightly sprinkle a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar on the inside of each apple half.
In a bowl, combine the oats, remaining brown sugar and cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Stir until everything is well mixed and the oats are fully coated with the butter.
Heap the oat mixture generously into the hollowed-out centers of each apple half.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the oat topping is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Enjoy!🫶🏽
