This Apple Pie Streusel Bread offers a delicious blend of warm flavors with spiced apples and a sweet, buttery topping:)

Ingredients:
For the apple bread:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
Ingredients:
For the apple pie filling:
2 medium apples (diced finely)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2-3 tbsp water
Ingredients:
For the streusel topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, combine diced apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, flour, and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, milk, and sour cream.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined.
For the streusel topping, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Spoon the homemade apple pie filling over the batter. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the top.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil and continue baking.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
