This homemade bread is soft, golden, and full of classic, cozy flavor—a simple staple that’s always worth the effort.

Ingredients:
7 cups all-purpose flour
6 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir until dissolved and set aside for a few minutes to activate.
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring and kneading until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Punch down the dough and divide it evenly into two greased loaf tins.
Let the dough rise again for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
