Vegan Naan Bread

This Vegan Naan is soft fluffy and perfect for scooping up your favorite curries or chutneys!
Ingredients:

Dry
3 cups A.P Flour
3 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
Wet
2 cups of Warm Water
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Yeast
Directions:
In a small bowl add your sugar and warm water and stir it.
Next add in your yeast and mix gently.
In a large bowl add all of your dry ingredients and whisk together.
Add your wet to dry and mix well.
Place your dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth.
Divide your dough into 8 pieces and roll them out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Fry your naan bread on medium heat in a greased pan for 2-3 minutes each side
Serve warm and enjoy:)
