Vegan Naan Bread

This Vegan Naan is soft fluffy and perfect for scooping up your favorite curries or chutneys!


Ingredients:

Dry

  • 3 cups A.P Flour

  • 3 tbsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet

  • 2 cups of Warm Water

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 3 tsp Yeast


Directions:


  1. In a small bowl add your sugar and warm water and stir it.

  2. Next add in your yeast and mix gently.

  3. In a large bowl add all of your dry ingredients and whisk together.

  4. Add your wet to dry and mix well.

  5. Place your dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth.

  6. Divide your dough into 8 pieces and roll them out to 1/4 inch thickness.

  7. Fry your naan bread on medium heat in a greased pan for 2-3 minutes each side

  8. Serve warm and enjoy:)
