Roasted Potato Hearts

These roasted potato hearts are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and lightly seasoned for the perfect savory bite.

Ingredients:


  • 5 large Russet Potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices)

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons seasoning of your choice (I used garlic powder and parsley)

  • Salt


Directions:


  1. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut you potato slices into hearts.

  2. Add to a large bowl and drizzle with your oil and stir until coated.

  3. Next add the spices and toss again.

  4. Add to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden and fork tender.

  5. Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.

  6. Enjoy!🫶🏽
