Roasted Potato Hearts

These roasted potato hearts are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and lightly seasoned for the perfect savory bite.

Ingredients:
5 large Russet Potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices)
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons seasoning of your choice (I used garlic powder and parsley)
Salt
Directions:
Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut you potato slices into hearts.
Add to a large bowl and drizzle with your oil and stir until coated.
Next add the spices and toss again.
Add to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden and fork tender.
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
