Roasted Rainbow Carrots

These roasted rainbow carrots are just as delicious as they are beautiful!
Ingredients:

2 bags Rainbow or Regular Carrots peeled and washed
3 tbsp Oil
1-2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 tbsp Dried Basil
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Butter
Directions:
Chop your Carrots into your desired shapes And add them into a large bowl.
Next add your oil and spices and mix until the carrots are evenly coated.
Pour them into a pan and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender and then uncover and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Add the butter and stir.
