Vegan Granola

Crisp, flavorful, and easy to make—this granola is a go-to for adding crunch to your mornings or snacking any time of day :)

Ingredients:
4 cups Sprouted Oats
1 cup Coconut flakes
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp Ground flax
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Hemp hearts
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Honey or Maple syrup
Directions:
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the oats, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, raisins, hemp hearts, and your spices and stir.
Next, drizzle on your honey or maple syrup and oil and stir until everything is lightly coated.
Pour your mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it out.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes stirring half-way through.
Let cool completely and store in the desired container.
