A delightful, coconut-packed holiday bite that’s simple, sweet, and perfect for your Christmas cookie tray!

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg white
Pinch of salt
Melted chocolate
Festive sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the beaten egg white into the coconut mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites too much.
Using a measuring spoon, drop about 1 tablespoon of the coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Drizzle with melted chocolate, and add some sprinkles.
Enjoy!🫶🏽
