Broccoli and Chickpea Stir Fry

This broccoli and chickpea stir fry is fresh, flavorful, and packed with plant-based goodness. A quick and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights :)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butter
3 cups Broccoli florets
2 diced Onions
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 cups Chickpeas
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
Directions:
In a large frying pan or wok melt your butter.
Add in the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
Next add in your chickpeas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Lastly add in the broccoli, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, and water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
