Easy Summer Salad

This fresh summer salad is light, simple, and full of bright flavor. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, sandwiches, or picnic meals!



Ingredients:


  • 2 cucumbers, chopped

  • 3 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Garlic powder, to taste


Directions:


  1. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion to a large bowl.

  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

  3. Season with salt and garlic powder to taste.

  4. Toss well and enjoy!🫶🏽
