Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Rich, fudgy, and coated in powdered sugar, chocolate crinkle cookies are a classic treat with a crackled top and soft, brownie-like center!

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Powdered Sugar for rolling
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together your eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil until smooth.
Next add in your flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder and mix until well combined.
Chill your dough for 2-4 hours and the scoop and roll into balls.
Brush your dough balls with a little bit of water and then roll in powdered sugar.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
