Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies

These fudgy rich cookies are so good and quite easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3/4 cups Plant Milk

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1 1/2 cups A.P Flour

  • 1 cup vegan Chocolate Chips


Directions:


  1. In a large bowl beat together your melted coconut oil and both sugars until fluffy.

  2. Next add your vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth.

  3. Add in your flour, baking powder, and cocoa and mix well.

  4. Next fold in your chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop on to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
